لا زالت مفتوحة فترة التسجيل للمشاركة في الدورة الثامنة للمهرجان آمال للسينما العربي الأوروبي الدولي الذي يعقد في شهر أكتوبر ۲۰۱۰ في مدينة سنتياغو دي كمبستيلا (إسبانيا).

يمكن تسجيل الأفلام مباشرة عبر إنترنت. فترة التسجيل سوف تغلق يوم ١٥ يونيو ٢٠١٠.
يقبل للتسجيل أي فيلم طويل أو قصير, روائي أو وثائقي, تم إنتاجه في بلد عربي, كما تقبل الأفلام التي يشارك في إنتاجها بلد عربي و التي تحدث عن موضوع له علاقة مع العالم العربي المنتجة في أي بلد في العالم. لا تقبل إلا الأفلام التي تم إنتاجها بين
عام ٢٠٠٨ و عام ٢٠١٠.
المؤسسة تختار الأفلام لعرضها في المهرجان. الأفلام القصيرة يمكن مشاهدتها أيضًا في الإنترنت في موقع المهرجان كما حدث في الدورة السابقة.
آمال هو المهرجان الوحيد في إسبانيا المخصص للسينما العربية, و هدفه أن يكون نقطة الالتقاء لحوار الثقافات.أسس قبل سبع سنوات و طوال هذه الفترة لا زال يتطور و ينمو. تزداد كل سنة فعلياته و وجوده في وسائل الإعلام.من فعالياته "عروض آمال" و هي عملية عرض الافلام العربية خارج إطار المهرجان.
في يوم ٢٧ مارس سوف تبتدئ "عرض آمال في فلسطين" الذي يعقد في جامعة النجاح في مدينة نابلس و في المكتبة العلمية في القدس و في دار الندوة في بيت لحم و في مخيم بلاطة . البرنامج الكامل لعرض آمال في فلسطين موجود في الموقع http://muestrasamal.jimdo.com/
VIII Euro-Arab Film Festival Amal: 2nd call for entries
The eighth edition of the Euro-Arab Film Festival Amal, that will be held in October 2010 in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, has launched its second call for entries. Entry forms and regulations are available on the tab ‘Amal 10’ in this website. As a novelty, this year registration will be also held online. The final submission deadline is June the 15th.
May be submitted any fiction or documentary features or short films produced or co-produced by an Arab country, and those Arab-themed films, whatever their country of origin is. Films should be completed between 2008 and 2010.
Films selected for competition will be screened in several venues. The short films, both documentary and fiction, will be also broadcasted at this website, as it happened in Amal 2009.
Amal is the only Festival in Spain focused in the Arab world, working with a strong will to become a meeting point for the dialogue between cultures. At over seven years, the Festival grew progressively, increasing its media impact and schedule of activities. Amongst those, a new project will be held to promote and spread Arab cinema beyond Amal Festival-Amal Seasons. Since March the 27thand untill May it’s taking place in Palestine and in the near future other cities like Buenos Aires and Vigo will host Amal Seasons as well.
